Yes, it was very different than what I expected from an MC book. I liked it but would not read it again. That's saying a lot for me. I love MC books. I've saved practically every MC book I've read. There was a lot I liked about this book but more I didnt. The biggest and foremost was how slow it was. it dragged on and on, in the same places, for too long. Gosh, there almost wasn't any action, until near the end. Come on! It's called an MC book for a reason. I really wanted to like it and I did, but it needed to have a lot deleted and speed up the story. I think the author is on the right road, she just needs to squeak it up a little. But that's just me.
Hunter and Mallory are like ice and fire. Brought together through both of their love of Noble. Fighting at every turn. Decisions made. Haunted by ghost of the past. United in protection of one. What a read. Great balance of drama and mc action. Original and fresh storyline. Loved every minute of it. Hope this is only the start of an exciting sexy series. Great job.
It was a great read! The characters are well developed and easy to like or not as the case maybe. The story line is interesting and flows smoothly. The book has a little bit of everything from laughs, drama, action to twist that surprise you. It was a well rounded story that was a pleasure to read and I can't wait to read more books in this series. Loved it.
I am excited after reading the Black Angels MC Book 1! Once I started reading I could barely put it down. Hunter is hot, hot, hot! And the best part is he has lots of hot MC brothers so here's hoping that the Black Angels MC stories can keep on coming for awhile...
I really enjoyed this book. The banter between Mallory and Hunter was good. There is a bit of a mystery surrounding Mallory and why she disappeared 4 years earlier. The supporting characters are great and I look forward to the next book.
Anymore there are so many mc books out there they are like reading the same one over and over.So I'm happy when comes along that I enjoy.May be the same theme running thru this one but for me what makes the difference is the characters. These characters pulled me in right up until the last page.Loved Mallory's sense of humor how she had hunter going in circles. Looking forward to who's next?
First time read for me from this author. I enjoyed storyline and characters. The only thing is some of my questions are unknown, like who is Crash? What was on the letters Noble left? I hope we get the answers in the other stories. Happy Reading!!!
